FLEET RENT A CAR

1. For car rental you can pay by cash, credit, debit.
2. For the car guarantee payment by credit card is required. 400€ Small Category, 500€ Medium Category, 600€ Family Category, 1200€ SUV/JEEP.
3. The driver must be over 23 years of age and have held a driving license for at least 12 months.
4. Pets are not allowed in cars, except in a special carrier bag or cage.
4. An International Driving Permit is required, according to the law, if the driver holds a driving license issued by countries outside the EU.
5. The minimum rental period is 1 day, calculated based on the 24-hour system (return time equal to delivery time on the departure date). The rental fee is paid in advance, as is the car's guarantee.
6. The renter is obliged to return the rented vehicle to a company representative at the date, time (max. +30 minutes) and location indicated on the rental agreement. Any modification (extension or reduction) requires the written consent of the lessor. Returns or delays exceeding 30 minutes from the indicated time are charged as an additional day.
7. Fuel is the responsibility of the lessee. The amount of fuel upon return must be equal to that upon delivery, otherwise there is a charge for the fuel consumed and an additional €10.00 for a refill service plus VAT on the total. No refunds are made for fuel that was not used.
8. The lessee is responsible from the time of receipt of the vehicle until its return and delivery to a company representative for traffic fines, violations, illegal parking and administrative penalties imposed during the lease and which he is obliged to pay and deliver a payment document or receipt, otherwise the charge of the amount of the violation plus management costs of €15.00 plus VAT on the total, will be made by the lessor either after the declaration of the violation by him at the time of delivery of the vehicle, or after notification by the police or municipal authorities at a later time and without any time limit for these charges.
9. The lessee must inspect the vehicle together with a company representative before each use and protect it from any risks, indicate the damages noted on the Damage Table at the front and return the vehicle in exactly the same condition.
10. The insurance included in the rental covers: civil liability for bodily injury and material damage to third parties.
11. In the event that the lessee is involved in an accident or any damage is caused to the vehicle through his fault or without his knowledge and regardless of any insurance coverage, he must immediately inform the Traffic Police (tel. 100) and the lessor to send the Accident Care, and upon return to present the Traffic Accident Report drawn up by the Traffic Police and the Accident Care documents, otherwise the lessee will be considered responsible and will be charged with all the damages and days required to repair the vehicle, even if he had accepted any insurance package. In case of his fault, the lessee is charged with 30% of the annual insurance premiums (minimum amount of €100.00), and €30 (case costs) plus VAT on the total.
12. The lessee may limit his liability for any damage to the vehicle he rents to the amount of €750.00 + VAT at a minimum (depending on the category of the vehicle and a maximum charge of the commercial value of the vehicle at the time of the accident plus VAT) provided that he accepts in advance the Damage Waiver (C.D.W.) clause. The exemption amount is determined by the lessor depending on the category of the vehicle.
13. No insurance coverage is valid, even if agreed, in the following cases: Participation in races or towing vehicles, trailers and other trailers, loading items beyond the vehicle's capacity (defined by the manufacturer), unilateral consent of liability on the part of the lessee in the event of an accident, without immediate notification of the lessor and the mandatory presence of the Traffic Police (tel. 100) to provide a copy of the Incident Report, operation of the vehicle by a third party (even a Driver's License holder) not declared in the rental agreement regardless of their relationship with the lessee, operation of the vehicle beyond the agreed stated rental period, operation of the vehicle by a lessee under the influence of alcohol/drugs/hallucinogens/hypnotics, operation of the vehicle in violation of the Traffic Law. of the Greek Territory or in a manner that endangers the vehicle, passengers or third parties, operation of the vehicle on impassable roads (unpaved), operation of the vehicle to transport persons/things for a fee, operation of the vehicle for any illegal/criminal act according to Greek Law, operation of the vehicle to teach driving to third parties, operation of the vehicle outside the borders of the Greek Territory without the written consent of the lessor.
14. The destruction/loss of tires, rims or wheel hubs, windows and the underside of the vehicle are expressly excluded from any exemption, unless the lessee has accepted the corresponding insurance coverage. Parts of the vehicle such as keys, sound system, screens, navigation instruments, antennas, mirrors, etc. are expressly excluded from any exemption and are not included in any insurance coverage. and all parts of the vehicle's interior (e.g., shelves, cabinets, handles, upholstery, etc.).
15. In cases of repair/repair of damage, the lessee is not allowed to choose a workshop, other than the Official and Authorized Representative in Greece of the vehicle in question, also taking into account the days required to repair the vehicle at the expense of the lessee.
16. The lessee is charged with local taxes and VAT on the rental.
17. The vehicle must be returned clean and ready for inspection, otherwise time and a charge of €15.00 + VAT may be required. If specialized cleaning of the vehicle is required (tar, animal hair, etc.) there is a minimum charge of €60.00 + VAT.
18. The lessor bears no responsibility, either during the rental period or after its expiration, for items belonging to the lessee or a passenger in the rented vehicle that have been abandoned in the vehicle.
19. Deliveries-collections are carried out free of charge at the company's offices Monday to Saturday 09:00-20:00. Deliveries-collections outside of opening hours, on Sundays or holidays are subject to a charge.
20. Roadside assistance is provided 24 hours a day throughout Greece, except for the island country from which the repatriation is made by the lessee.
21. Loading on a ship is permitted only with the written approval of the lessor, otherwise the lessee is considered fully responsible for any damage or wear that may occur at sea, even if he has accepted the C.D.W. clause.
22. Driving outside the borders of the Greek Territory is permitted only after written approval from the lessor.
23. The courts of Thessaloniki are exclusively competent for any dispute.
24. The lessee/prospective lessee consents to the company's collection and use with or without automated data in data or sets of personal data such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval or any other form of disposal in order to provide him/her with services and respond to his/her requests, to communicate with him/her regarding the services offered, to answer his/her questions and to comply with and enforce the applicable legal provisions. The lessee has also been informed of the right to withdraw/correct/object to his/her personal data whenever he/she so declares.
25. Free kilometers from the 3rd day of rental (maximum 100km/Day – maximum 2,500 km/Month) additional kilometers are charged at 0.35€ + VAT per kilometer.
